In-Person Training

1:1 Personal Training Session in the Dallas area

Kristen originally ran her boutique personal training service with the primary focus on 1:1 in-home customized ‘traditional’ workout sessions.  She expanded her services to also provide sessions for couples or friends, Yoga & Mat Pilates in 2015, Reformer Pilates in 2018 and comprehensive Online Training programs in 2019.  Kristen has a unique, personal approach to fitness training and nutrition. She strives to make working out fun and personal, understanding that every client comes from a different place of experience, motivation, and health.

Training Sessions

If you are in the Dallas area, it is a great option to add on an in-person session to your TK 90 or TK 90 Ultra program to develop a rapport with Kristen and ensure you are performing all the exercises properly.

Kristen’s schedule is tight, but if you are serious about taking control of your health and feel you would benefit from an in-person session, inquire below with your location in Dallas, and your suggested training times.
