Kristen originally ran her boutique personal training service with the primary focus on 1:1 in-home customized ‘traditional’ workout sessions. She expanded her services to also provide sessions for couples or friends, Yoga & Mat Pilates in 2015, Reformer Pilates in 2018 and comprehensive Online Training programs in 2019. Kristen has a unique, personal approach to fitness training and nutrition. She strives to make working out fun and personal, understanding that every client comes from a different place of experience, motivation, and health.
If you are in the Dallas area, it is a great option to add on an in-person session to your TK 90 or TK 90 Ultra program to develop a rapport with Kristen and ensure you are performing all the exercises properly.
