Up & Down Lower Body

You will alternate between standing moves and floor moves. The purpose of the up and down is functionality! We need to work on swiftly moving down to the floor and easily standing back up. From squats & clamshells to bridges and shuffles! You’ll feel your glutes in this one. I did NOT use a circle band but you are more than welcome to use yours – but take it off for the reverse lunge kicks.
