Here we go! It’s time to prepare for the slopes! That means working on mobility, balance, endurance, lower body strength and stability PLUS your core! We do it all in the this workout. The idea is that you do this video once or twice a week for around 6 weeks leading up to your ski season or your ski trip. It WILL be challenging. You WILL get stronger. Your cardiovascular endurance WILL improve. Your balance WILL get more graceful. That’s the idea. Each week, you will be able to SEE and FEEL your progress! How awesome is that? Each workout, just do your best. Take breaks when necessary or take the level of the movement down a notch. Start with no weights or light weights and eventually you may hold heavier weights for all 3 of the lower body strength moves! I used 8 pound dumbbells for 2 of the 3 lower body moves. Have fun!
