Whoa, guys! This is a full body workout in just under 10 minutes! The goal is to do 100 Squat Presses with dumbbells. (broken up in sets) Start by doing as many as you can, maybe 20 to start. Then take a “break” by doing 5 burpees! Then keep going. Everytime you can’t do anymore squat shoulder presses, do 5 burpees and then keep doing this until you hit 100 Squat Shoulder Presses! DANG!!
