Beginner Circuit with Light Weights

We start with a short warm up then move into our circuits. 2 circuits of 4 exercises. So grab your light weights or water bottles. We are going to squat, curl, press, twist and punch. And we even get a little standing stretch at the end. This is gonna be fuuunnnnn! Let’s do it!
