Any variation of a row works your upper back, which is so important for your posture. Think about puffing your chest out and rolling your shoulders back in order to squeeze your shoulder blades together. This is a great one to counteract all of our computer and phone time that have us rounding forward so much. The palms up position is going to engage your biceps a bit more and the palms down position will work your rear shoulders as well. If your neck bothers you at all during this exercise, just lower your hands down a few inches.
