This is a moving and flowing yoga class. But, don’t worry, we will still hold poses long enough to feel all the yummies! We cover all the basics – sun salutations, warrior 1, warrior 2, chair and half pigeon. You’ll also get some fun moves to make sure we hit all the nooks and crannies and ensure you feel relaxed, invigorated, balanced and accomplished by the time we melt into savasana. Namaste.
