Campus Full Body Workout

We get to it ALL today on the bustling campus of SMU.  Some cardio moves start you off, then several segments of strength moves broken up by 1 cardio move. Have all your weights handy. We’ll wind down with 2 core moves and a stretch. Get to it and enjoy!
