Cardio 6’s – Medium Impact

Turn it up! All the moves are done on one side then the other! Lots of intervals – but only :20 of work then :10 of rest. Two moves are lower body heavy (I was sore!) – warning!  Also… a bit of a microphone fail. Still fine, just not to my usual standards. Too challenging to redo. LOL! #transparency
