Day 1 – HIIT – 14 Day Challenge

This is a short and sweet HIIT workout! (Hi Intensity Interval Training) But since it was for the first day of a 14-Day Challenge, it is entry level to get people in the groove of moving again! I loved it though! Great background in Cape Cod, MA!
