This is the first of 4 workouts to work on the health of your knees. You will do 3 exercises and 2 stretches. Bring a positive attitude and do your best! I highly suggest icing and elevating your knee(s) for 20 minutes after this video for added healing benefit. You’ll need a towel or paper plate to slide along the floor with your heel and a towel or yoga strap for the 2 stretches at the end. Let’s Do This!
