I think that you can guess by the name that this will be a tough one! Not only are we doing some moves that will have you huffin’, puffin’, and sweatin’, but it is also a full 21 minutes of cardio interval training. That’s definitely on the longer side for a TK HIIT video. BUT, the results will be just what you need and you will be feeling proud of yourself, strong and super accomplished after this one.
