Main Move & More

Our main move is a curl-shoulder press-lunge combination! Talk about FULL BODY engagement! We’ll do 4 sets of those with cardio moves in between. The finale will be a nice rounding out of the main part of the workout then a few stretches. All in 18 minutes…Yaaaassssss!
