Pink Wall Yoga Flow

A medium paced flow with a focus on twists, hamstrings and hips. Your balance will be challenged in crescent post and your legs will feel a nice burn in goddess pose. Finish on your back with a few core moves then a final twist and bridge. Stay in savasana as long as you wish. Namaste.
