Day 5 Summer Shape-Up Challenge HIIT & Upper Body

Grab your circle band and find a door handle or something you can wrap your band around for a couple of our moves today. We do 5 HIIT moves and the rest focuses on your upper body strength. We will stretch a bit with the strap at the end as well. Ahhh.
