This more advanced exercise will challenge your stability, balance, lower body strength and even your hip flexibility! Hold onto something at first as you test your abilities here. Once you have the movement standing on one leg, squat down as low as you can. Press through your heel to stand back up. Keep your core engaged the whole time and find a spot to look at to keep your focus. This is a great practice exercise for pistol squats!
