TK Fit : Beginner Bootcamp

You get a full body workout with this class! It consists of basic and foundational exercises. No equipment needed. You’ll start with a stretch and a cardio warm up.  There is a little bit of hopping for your cardio.  You’ll work on strength, balance, and flexibility as well! Enjoy!
