This workout involves some light cardiovascular exercises. Then we go over to a step if you have one! If not, just do the moves on the floor. Next, grab cans of food, or light weights for the upper body segment. I work in some squats and calf raises, so if you think to need a chair for stability, find a good, solid chair to sit in and hold on to!
