We’ll do 2 core moves, then a stretch. There are 4 rounds then a final move and hip stretch. The final move is best if you can hold a 5-10 pound weight or ball. 😉 The core moves are fairly basic, but when put together in this 20 minute class, you’ll be feeling it. And oh so yummy to work in the 6 stretches. Ahhhhhhh!
