Plank squares are a great low impact cardio move! No jumping is involved. You are simply stepping your feet up to your hands then back to plank. You may do a set leading with the right side then switch to the left foot leading. OR you can alternate the leading foot. Try not to let your tushy lift up to high and step back to a nice strong and long plank position each time.
