It’s not as bad as it sounds, I promise! You’ll start with a 2:30 warm up. Then there are 2 segments of 3 moves. You’ll do one round with a :45 interval and one round with a :35 interval. Finish with a 4-move cool down. Give it your all and have fun with it!
