Grab a chair for this one! We do low impact cardio moves in which we have to balance! 3 levels. 1st level you hold on to a chair and tap down between each move. 2nd level you do not hold on but still tap. 3rd level no holding on AND no tapping. Do your best, but you can always come back to the previous level if you need to. The chair is always right there for you in case you need it! Come back to this one regularly so you can check your progress as you keep practicing your balance. Let’s Do This!
