Colorado Full Body Workout

We start your full body Colorado workout with a wood chop core warm up. You’ll then do 2 rounds of 4 combo moves. Then finally 1 round of 5 more combo moves and a few core moves to complete this efficient and powerful workout. I used 5 lbs, but have your 8’s and 10’s nearby in case you are ready for more!
