Day 1 January Jumpstart – HIIT & Stretch

Day 1 YAHOO! Today we do low, medium and high impact HIIT moves. This will set you up for success moving forward so you are comfortable modifying or intensifying certain exercises. I also provide a quick lesson on proper squat and plank form to keep you as safe as possible. We’ll finish with a nice little stretch. Let’s Goooooo!
