Day 8 January Jumpstart – Low Impact, Upper Body & Posture

Grab your circle band for some of your low impact HIIT moves today! I wanted to demonstrate how you can absolutely get your heart rate up without jumping. Low impact is great to work into your weekly routine to move your body in all the different ways, while being nice to your joints at the same time! Motion is the Lotion! 

Then we move into 6 upper body moves before finishing up with some therapeutic exercises that work on all things posture!
