Day 4 January Jumpstart – HIIT & Core

Let’s do some HIIT to get us moving and shaking first! Then we will learn the progressions for the important move for our back, spinal balance.  Then grab your circle band for the a couple moves before we dive into the single leg ab series. Finally, we finish with some pulsing and a quick stretch!
