You know it – lots of planking in this class with just about every variation possible! Some cardio intervals are mixed in to get your heart rate up and give your wrists a break. You’ll get some nice stretches towards the end of class. You’ll need a towel for hard floors or a glider/paper plate for carpet PLUS a towel for your sweat on this one!
