Deadbug is an awesome core exercise, but you HAVE to go slow for it to be effective. Stay lifted through your head, neck and shoulders as high as you can maintain and exaggerate your movements, meaning make them big! Reach your arm ALL the way behind you and extend that reaching leg super long. Or else you might get squashed! J/K hahaha Bad joke!
