Filter Building Low Impact

Ten minutes with 10 moves to get your heart rate up and your body warm! No jumping in a low impact workout, but we do 1 move where we hop side to side.  Just step if the hopping is too much.  Intervals go quick with :35 of movement and only :10 of rest. Rock this one out!
