Intro to Flow Yoga 30 Min

This 30 minute yoga class is a great way to learn and understand some of the basic movements and breathe work that occurs in yoga flow.  You’ll get some nice stretches and slow things down, but still work your lower body and core as you gracefully transition from pose to pose. Namaste. ????
