While the title says “Flow,” there are very few sun salutations in this yoga class. We start slow, build up to a warrior series, then bring it down with a modified crescent move and half pigeon. Grab your yoga blocks for a little help if you have some. Ahhhhh, so nice to slow down, breathe and stretch it all out. Namaste.
