Tough exercise. Start in a low runner’s lunge, then drive through your front heel, hop up and pull back knee up to your chest! What?!? Find a focal point on the floor to help with your balance. This will activate your fast twitch muscles, strengthen your lower body and give ya a pretty good hip stretch at the same time! Give it a go!
