Seated Figure 4 Stretch

Figure 4 stretch can be seated or on your back. This seated version is great to do at your desk or on a plane. It targets your hips/glutes. Keep your back flat and hinge forward to increase the intensity. If it feels good to round your back, go for it. As long as you feel sensation in that hip!
