Day 3 January Jumpstart – HIIT & Lower Body

Time for the circle band!  We’ll do 5 minutes of HIIT with the band at your ankles. Then 5 minutes of lower moves with the band at your thighs. FIVE MORE MINUTES with lower body moves with NO band. Finally, we’ll finish on the floor and get a few stretches. Day 3 – Let’s Do This, everybody! Woot Woot!
