Day 11 January Jumpstart – HIIT w/Weights & Upper Body

We start our Day 11 with a 6 minute HIIT with light weights or water bottles. Then we move on to a segment of chest and back using your TK circle band – you will need a doorknob or something to hook the band on to.  You get a little burst of cardio before moving on to the small muscles groups using your light weights again. Have some 5’s or heavier around if you wanna bring it up a notch! Finally a quick stretch. Let’s get strong, guys!
