I LOVE this series! Start using just your body weight, then progress to using ankle weights. WHAT?? I use 3 pound ankle weights for many of my clients. It’s harder than it sounds! Yes, you are on your back, but you”ll get a great little quad burn. The inner thigh movement can be intense. Feel free to take the weights off before you do that one.
