Welcome to Day 1 of the September Challenge with Friends! We’ll go through 3 levels of HIIT. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. That basically means we’ll have intervals of movement and short intervals of rest. Low impact means no jumping. Medium impact has light hopping or shuffles. High impact involves all different types of jumping. The important thing is that you choose the best option for YOU and stay safe! We’ll finish with a stretch…YES! You Got This, Let’s Go!
