Upper Body with Light Weights

19 minutes of upper body work. I used 5 pound weights. It’s tough to say what is best. Maybe 3’s, maybe 8’s. Guys maybe more. I will let you be surprised by the moves. But be ready to be up and down and all around. Have funnnnn!
