14 days designed to get you on track and consistent with regular movement and help you develop healthy eating habits through the end of the year and beyond!
These consist of Cardio/HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), strength training for your upper and lower body, core as well as stretching and yoga! All participants will receive a TrainerKristen Circle Band* to use during the challenge.
Something that is realistic to hit most days of this Challenge. Ideally, between 6,000 and 12,000 steps. (1 mile = 2,000 steps). Daily steps can be counted by a special watch, but you may also carry your phone with you and the health setting on your iPhone is always counting your steps! How cool is that?

These 3 aspects of this Challenge are meant to get you used to moving every day, get excited about working on building muscle, and increase your awareness of the food you are eating and how your body responds to it.
This fall we are moving away from the Facebook Group to our very own Forum at TrainerKristen.com! Engagement and interaction in this private, secure environment with other participants and with Kristen is GREATLY encouraged. The inspiration and motivation from others make a big difference in your actions, therefore, your results. If you diligently follow this Challenge, you can expect to feel better, have more energy, lose a few inches, and may even lose between 2-8 pounds, which definitely increases our self-confidence levels!
Ultimately, Kristen knows we need to ‘reset’ now and then create new healthy habits that we can sustain in our everyday lives!
