It was while pursuing what I thought was my passion that I discovered my true passion.

Being an athlete, I always thought I would work with athletes. It just made sense. So, I began working towards my Master’s Degree in Exercise and Nutritional Science. That’s when I realized that working with injured professionals was a noble venture, but it was not my personal calling.

What I really longed to do was to work with everyday people. I wanted to educate on the importance of movement, strength, and flexibility for everyday life so you feel good physically and feel great about yourself! I absolutely LOVE what I do every day and don’t even consider my job a job.

I wake up pumped every morning, excited to share my experience, expertise, and enthusiasm with regular people… just like you!

Kristen’s Philosophy

I believe strongly in the power of movement and the role it plays in our physical health, emotional health, and our overall well-being. There are thousands of ways to move the body.

I want to find out what excites you! If you are doing something you enjoy, you are much more likely to be consistent and stick to your workout regimen.
