What’s different about TrainerKristen workouts?

TrainerKristen’s customized programs are video based. Your routine will consist of a variety of videos compiled to create YOUR very own specialized workout. For example, your routine may consist of a 10 minute warm-up on a stair, followed by a strength training routine supported by several demonstration videos, a 5 minute core series video, a 3 minute glute series video, then finally an 8 minute stretch video.

Kristen has strong beliefs around being safe, using proper form and most of all having FUN and enjoying your workouts! If you don’t like them, you are less likely to be consistent. She shakes things up by providing a variety of exercises, formats, equipment and industry specializations such as pilates, yoga and cross training. You can take your time working through the routine, or you can channel your energy and pump it up a notch! Accountability can be a BIG part of creating a new routine and creating a healthy and fit lifestyle. Kristen provides accountability measures to her customized TrainerKristen clients to give you the jump start you may need!

 

 

 

Do I need to be in the U.S. to sign up?

No. You can reside anywhere around the globe to workout with TrainerKristen!

 

 

What if I’m a complete beginner?

Kristen welcomes beginners with wide open arms! Simply, fill out the in-depth questionnaire and she will create a program that works for you. Her exercise demonstration videos will guide you through your routine with ease.

 

 

What if I’m more advanced?

Don’t you worry! Kristen’s knowledge and experience runs deep. She has tons of fun ways to challenge you and kick your tush!

 

 

When can I expect to see results?

Results, in any form, come from time, effort, and consistency. This is why TrainerKristen has a 3-month minimum Premium membership. It takes a few days to get in the groove, feel comfortable with the exercises and perform your routines with a good effort level but also with ease. If you stay consistent with your prescribed workouts, you will feel results within a few weeks, if not sooner. But every BODY is different. Kristen’s goal is that your create a healthy lifestyle routine, and this is the most amazing place to start!

Warm up

Warming up begins to increase your heart rate, therefore, your body’s blood temperature, sending more oxygen to your muscles for better performance. BUT! It also helps you gear up psychologically. Repeat to self: I got this.

Workout

Follow your personal, customized program designed by Kristen or it yourself by picking some exercise videos from our library. Challenge yourself while being mindful of your body and don’t forget to smile along the way.

Cool Down & Stretch

Gradually slow your intensity for a few minutes, bringing your heart rate down, and then end your workout with some gentle stretches and deep breathing. Ahhhhhh. Now pat yourself on the back. You did it!
