TrainerKristen’s customized programs are video based. Your routine will consist of a variety of videos compiled to create YOUR very own specialized workout. For example, your routine may consist of a 10 minute warm-up on a stair, followed by a strength training routine supported by several demonstration videos, a 5 minute core series video, a 3 minute glute series video, then finally an 8 minute stretch video.
Kristen has strong beliefs around being safe, using proper form and most of all having FUN and enjoying your workouts! If you don’t like them, you are less likely to be consistent. She shakes things up by providing a variety of exercises, formats, equipment and industry specializations such as pilates, yoga and cross training. You can take your time working through the routine, or you can channel your energy and pump it up a notch! Accountability can be a BIG part of creating a new routine and creating a healthy and fit lifestyle. Kristen provides accountability measures to her customized TrainerKristen clients to give you the jump start you may need!
