Did some cardio at the gym then encouraged and won by having marc join for glutes and slider legs. He made alot of oos and grunts

Pre turkey day pilates with Marc and Drew (my college football player). I laughed so much between Marcs heavy exhalations and Drew having to take his shirt off…. Im thankful for you Trainer Kristen.

Did hiit with a towel…that was fun. Planned on doing UPper but a friend called and we walked instead, it’s 70 degrees outside in Nov!!!

So ready for Friday. These all went fast. Really enjoyed the core with pilates ball. That was fun!

The stretch felt good at the end of that heart rate increasing whole body work out.

Low intensity hiit to start because my thoracic was spasming and this was a good warm up. Felt better so finished with upper body. Will head out for a walk soon.
