Chris Hemsworth Workout

This workout is inspired by a Chris Hemsworth workout – that he posted on instagram – to prepare him to film Extraction 2! I adapted it just for you! You’ll begin with about 10 minutes of medium impact cardio then move onto about 7 moves with a focus on CORE! Let’s go! Chris is with us the monitoring the whole workout. I think he approves!
