Whoa, guys! This is an ADVANCED workout! Please be sure you have the capacity to jump up onto a bench before you do this! If you cannot, just STEP UP! There are also planks in a decline position, meaning your FEET are on the bench and your hands are down on the ground…WHAT?! Ha!

And Plyometrics…huh? Jump training! Let’s work those fast twitch muscle fibers and get that metabolism ROCKING!
