Day 1 Move It May Challenge! HIIT and Stretch

Welcome to Day 1 of your May Challenge! Today we will run through the different levels of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This way, if there is ever a move you can’t or don’t want to do, you’ll know how to take it down a notch or simply have other options in your repertoire to go to.  We’ll finish with a nice stretch.
