Day 3 September Challenge 2021 Lower Body & Balance

Day 3’s concentration is lower body – mostly glutes. We’ll use your circle band for many of the moves. Focus extra hard on those exercises that require balance.  You’ll get some stretches along the way too.  This is the last Colorado video until the end of the Challenge, so enjoy the view!
