Day 8 Move It May Challenge! Stretch Only

Guys! It’s stretch day! Woohoooo.  You have made it past the halfway point of your Challenge and you deserve a day of stretching. Find your yoga strap or a hand towel to use for a few of the positions.  Your muscles will ooooo and ahhhh the whole 25 minutes. Kick off your shoes and take in all the goodness!
