Posture Wrap

Use a yoga strap to wrap you into a shoulders back and upright position. This exaggerates proper posture, but trains your upper back muscles how to hold a strong seated and standing posture position for an extended time. Keep the wrap on for 15-60 minutes a few times a week and see the difference!
