A yoga strap is necessary for this one! We do about 10 moves in 21 minutes. The focus is your lower body. We don’t hold super long, but enough to settle in and calm your body and mind. Pay attention, I give a lot of cues regarding the strap and lefts and rights. I am challenging your brain here too! LOL!
